My calling is to help clients break through the obstacles that keep them from achieving their highest goals and desires. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.  I understand the unique challenges of working in healthcare, and am equipped to help you get results in spite of these challenges.  

New nurses have a different set of needs to be successful.  I have 3 decades of experience and a deep desire to empower the next generation of nurses.  Inspiring and empowering new grads is my superpower!

I believe that life happens FOR you, not TO you.  From the highest highs to the lowest lows, and everything in between.  It has been challenging to remember this at times, but it's true- EVERYTHING happens for a reason.
