I’m Desiree Booker, Founder and CEO of ColorVizion Lab.

I've always had a very deep passion for spearheading diversity initiatives and helping individuals of color to advance in their careers. Prior to launching CVL, I held various DEI, recruiting, and communications roles at global brands such as NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia, MSNBC, and Gartner. I also spent years as an early career coach to marginalized job seekers and deeply understand what it takes for companies to authentically connect with diverse talent.

I founded CVL to fill the gaps in DEI efforts with innovative strategies and empower diverse consultants to work in their zone of genius within global companies.
