In 28 years as an educator, Daman have had a wide range of experiences as a teacher, coach, principal, district administrator, adjunct professor, speaker, writer, and consultant. He is also a graduate faculty member at the University of Maryland at College Park and an adjunct professor at McDaniel College and University of Maryland Global Campus, where he leads graduate courses relating to teaching strategies, research methods, and antiracist education. He supports university partners by serving on educator preparation councils for Bowie State University, Morgan State University, Towson University, the University of Maryland College Park, and Walden University.
In addition to hosting the BONDCast, an audio podcast available on all platforms, and co-hosting #UMustLearn, a live public radio show in Washington, D.C., Daman had authored peer-reviewed research and authored my first book. The Antiracist School Leader: What to Know, Say & Do, is on sale now.
