She is devoted to improving the lives of older adults and setting standards as an industry leader and business owner by creating jobs, offering career training and education, and supporting community healthcare initiatives.
In 2012, she co-founded the Caring 4 Seniors Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to give back to older adults in the community. More recently, together with her sister and business partner, she completed both the “Growing an Established Diverse Business” program and the “Building a Successful Diverse Business program” at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Eshonda completed the Georgia Power internal mentoring program in 2019, and was selected to be a member of the Leadership Georgia class of 2017. In addition, Eshonda is on numerous community boards including the Georgia Southwestern State University Foundation, the American Red Cross, and Americus Downtown Development Authority Board.
