I'm an Indiana girl who took her business degree with her on a 3-year law school detour in Oklahoma City (where I met my husband) and became an attorney. I loved the education, hated the practice.

I started my first business as an event planner at the age of 24, grew the business and then sold it in 2014 to start coaching full time with heathercrabtree.com (I started coaching part-time in 2010.)

I've had successful courses, hosted sold out conferences, ran a successful membership, led amazing group programs and coached and strategized with business owners for a few decades now and have some truly phenomenal clients who have done that and more.

I love sunny days at our home in Arizona sitting outside by our pool (when it is not 112) and mornings filled with meditation, hugs with my fam and a warm cup of coffee.

I love to chat about building community, loving family, growing businesses, parenthood + raising kids, being a bold leader, fighting social + racial injustices, and bringing awareness to and funding research for pediatric cancer (our 15-year-old daughter, London, passed away in February 2023 after battling Stage IV cancer for 6 years.)

I have come full circle and as a serial entrepreneur, I have started a new company with my husband this year and am the COO at Crabtree Law Firm.
