Jessica Lamb is a founder and a partnership director with over 11 years of experience in education. She is the founder and CEO of Lamb Consulting LLC, a company that helps school leaders create strong staff cultures and talent systems that increase teacher satisfaction and retention. She is also a partnership director at Equal Opportunity Schools, a nonprofit organization that works to close the opportunity gaps for low-income and students of color in advanced courses.

Jessica is passionate about racial equity and expanding access to high-quality education for all students. She has a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in history and Spanish from The Ohio State University. She has held various roles as a teacher, instructional coach, Spanish translator, and talent acquisition director. She has led content reviews for math curriculum, coached school leaders on data-driven planning and community engagement, and achieved impressive results in student performance and staff retention.
