I’m a Mompreneur with a passion for digital storytelling, media and fitness. I love creating digital content that embodies depth and serves as a catalyst for life-changing conversations.

I’m the Founder and President of Social U Digital, where I help clients conceptualize, produce, and share powerful brand stories online.  I also host a half hour magazine-format show,  'Around Town', on Boston Neighborhood Network, showcasing the best of Boston. In 2016, I became a certified Zumba instructor and teach all over the city of Boston. Through my Zumba instruction I have secured partnerships with the Boston Police Department, Boston Public Schools, and several community wellness organizations. After my first year of teaching, I realized that centering the health and wellness of attendees, especially women, created a safe space and allowed them to unleash their authentic selves.
