Ronald Harrod previously worked at the Roanoke Times in Virginia, where he covered high school football, basketball, wrestling, cross country and other sports and contributed to coverage of college athletics, including Virginia Tech. He’s also reported for Sports Injury Central, an online news site in San Diego that tracks injuries to college and professional athletes, and he’s been a freelance contributor to SB Nation, covering the NBA’s Washington Wizards and the WNBA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports administration from Radford University in Virginia and a master’s degree from the Columbia Journalism School.
