I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the Tennessee Titans, an ELITE football team in the National Football League. I oversee the financial operations for the Tennessee Titans, Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans Foundation. My primary responsibilities include management of all corporate accounting and financial reporting, as well as establishing budgets, forecasting and managing cash flow. I champion the club’s data-driven mindset and utilize data analytics to maximize efficiencies in the business planning process. Along with the club’s finance department, I also oversee the club’s human resources department which focuses on people and culture. My primary responsibilities include focusing on employee engagement, benefits administration and compensation analysis.

I am a native of Portage, Michigan and a graduate of Western Kentucky University where I was captain of the softball team and majored in accounting. I have an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the State of Tennessee. Family is very important as I enjoy spending most of my time with my husband and our three boys. I am also passionate about sustainability and serving others in the community with my fellow Titans teammates.
