Tiffany has Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Masters in Math Education and Educational Leadership. In addition, she’s completed coursework in coaching, advanced nutrition, and fitness training. Tiffany has over ten years of experience in health and wellness coaching and group fitness. Currently, Tiffany is working on completing her National Academy of Sports Medicine Wellness Coach Certification.
Tiffany is the author of several books. Her books include Lady of Power: 31 Mind, Body, and Power Inspirations for the Weight-loss Journey, FitTeach Self-care Planner and Journal, a contributor in the book, Awesome Women on the Move Inspirational Daily Journal, Cooking Healthy with Tiffany, I Choose Me Journal, and The FitPause Journal: A daily self-care journal for the busy educator.
Tiffany is the recipient of several awards, and has been featured on radio, television, in magazines, and as a speaker at conferences and retreats. Her personal journey of losing over 80 pounds and rising above many health and wellness challenges inspires so many. Tiffany is determined to help herself and others live healthy, happy, and FREE!
