Former professional football player-turned-marriage and family therapist, Jay has more than 10 years of experience as an acclaimed youth mentor, author, and speaker. As a clinician, he translated the lessons and strategies he learned on the field into meaningful lessons for life and how to develop a winning mindset. His latest book Just Heal, Bro has become a national tour. A co-creator of the “Just Heal, Bro Tour” along with Living Hope Production, JHB is helping men from all walks of life heal mentally and emotionally in a safe and therapeutic space.
