While attending the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!) I earned my real estate license and began applying all that I had learned to meet and exceed client expectations, drive high sales volume, capture market share and develop lifelong collegial relationships with real estate agents throughout the Bay Area.
I pursued commercial real estate at CBRE where I was responsible for market research, reporting and publishing frequently on economic real estate trends, market levers and consumer sentiment. I also led Portfolio Strategy efforts for one of San Francisco’s largest financial institutions helping to optimize their 5 million square foot portfolio.
I found myself nerding out as I learned new facets of real estate but I always came back to my love for the residential market. In 2011, I received my broker license and officially opened my real estate agency.
Throughout my career milestones, each experience builds upon another, enriching the quality, depth and aptitude I deliver to my clients. Since 2011, I have successfully helped my clients score their dream home, sell their once forever-home for huge profits (some as much as 2X return on investment), secure multi-unit investment property, second and third homes and luxury, high-rise pied-à-terres and more.
