Ingrid Harb founded the Women Ambassadors Forum when she was still in college at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Harb, who immigrated to the USA from Mexico in her teens, sought to empower women locally and internationally to pursue their career goals and build a life for themselves. While she was a full-time student and student athlete, Harb began planning her first Women Ambassadors Forum, garnered sponsorships from Fortune 500 companies and convinced her university to partner with her. Fast forward nearly five years, and the Women Ambassadors Forum has found a home in Tampa Bay, attracting women from 85 countries to participate.
