Triggered AF....what does being triggered mean? Throughout this episode Kristel talks about being “Triggered”. Underneath triggers are expectations and boundaries being crossed. A trigger is when you are emotionally or energetically responding to what someone does, says, or doesn't act upon. We’re triggered by someone or something because it reminds us of the person who wounded us before, and it is usually because something is missing within us.
We as humans have a crown and a crutch. A crown is showing up as your best most powerful self, magnificent, energetic, responsible , and abundant. A crutch, is using limiting beliefs, having a victim mindset, always using excuses, and blaming childhood or past experiences for current actions.
