15 min Friday - Who Knew You STILL Need Your Friends Now More Than Ever

Ever wonder where all of your friends are? If you’re anything like me you are. Close to 30, super busy, very focused, in a serious relationship with kids, and 90% of the time your very occupied but every now and then you look up and wonder where are my friends?

Who’s fault is it that your circle of girlfriends is gone? Well according to science, for women this is in our nature. I’ve struggled this year with keeping up with my old friends and found a million excuses as to why. After talking with others and you all, I found out I am not the only one who is struggling with this.

Check out what science says and what you can do differently in this episode all about the mistake I made insisting that I didn’t need my friends.
