Is it the idea of losing weight? Maybe it’s the idea of starting your own business? Or saying something you’ve never said or putting your voice out there? Or maybe you already have a business and you want to take it to the next level or maybe you’re already fit but you want to compete in fitness competitions now but something is holding you back? That’s RESISTANCE. Resistance is the reaction you have to subtle fear that grows and manifests and leads you to believe this thing isn’t for you.
I want you to listen to today’s 15 min Friday and consider the sighting of resistance to mean something else, that something big is coming and resistance is just blocking your blessings. It’s like “every new level, there is a new devil they say” and I want you to know every time you suffer from the feeling of resistance, it’s just the security guard, to the most beautiful version of yourself you could ever imagine.
